CRM Consultant, Developer and Trainer - West Midlands

Experienced consultant with strong CRM, development, implementation and training skills, ideally gained on Sage, but any other leading CRM product would be of interest such as AccPac, Achiever, Maximizer, Pivotal, Heat, FrontLine - cross train to Sage MME, and Sage 200 - the new leading integrated CRM and ERP product. In-house role to develop and expand the CRM infrastructure of this well established company.
Our client is an international training company with a dynamic culture and an outstanding reputation, who have a wide range of expertise, knowledge and understanding of vocational training and workforce development. They provide high quality training, induction, foundation, skill support and guided learning materials and work closely with clients to ascertain and meet, both their training requirements, and the needs of their employees.
This new role is to work in-house developing and expanding their CRM infrastructure, as part of their existing IT team, based around Sage MME CRM and the new integrated CRM/ERP product - Sage 200.
You should have a wide variety of CRM experience including development, implementation and training, together with SQL and/or Access and Excel experience, and any knowledge of Sage CRM products would be very beneficial.
