Their support centre has the resources and facilities to diagnose and fix software faults and data, maintain and manage Dynamics GP applications software, advise on operation systems and utility software and maintain documentation. This is a Microsoft Gold Partner, specialists in Dynamics GP, Dynamics AX and Microsoft CRM, with an impressive client list that is growing rapidly.
Candidates should have:
* Support skills on Microsoft Dynamics GP - Great Plains
* An understanding of accounting/finance
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to take ownership of problems through to resolution
* A genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
