Fashion Retail Franchise Business Development Manager

Our client is a well established London based Designer Fashion sales company. They are currently looking for a number of senior sales executives or sales managers for their different clothing lines and business operations.

Our client is also looking for a Business Development Manager for their Branded Designer Fashion lines, to provide development opportunities for their market, working in Retail Partnership and Franchise Development in the UK with other designer fashion retailers such as All Saints, Karen Millen, and Reiss. Head Office based and working together with their flagship store in the West End of London, the person appointed will build relationships and accounts with other retailers to further increase the company's market and reach.

Candidates should have several years' experience of working in apparel, clothing, fashion or accessories sales in the account management field, ideally with experience of building relationships with other fashion businesses and an established network of contacts within the industry. The person appointed will require excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, and have very strong relationship building abilities. With first class organisational capabilities, they will be strong managers with the ability to work well on their own initiative.

Our client requires people who are self starters and able to hit the ground running. Reporting to the Sales Director, each person will be expected to manage their own operation and meet their sales targets to qualify for the company's very good commission structure.

Excellent base salary, c. £30k - £35k + Commissions, 20 days holiday per year, plus excellent career development opportunities for the right candidate.
