Tier 3 substance misuse worker

Experience case managing substance misuse clients in a tier 3 service is essential. Experience of dosage and with drawl symptoms for methadone and/or subutex is also essential.

A substance misuse service is looking for a drug and alcohol worker to take on a case load of substance misuse clients, a proportion of these BME clients. Care plans devised in conjunction with a GP to define levels of prescriptions followed by titration and key work sessions once stabilised.
