Alcohol detox practitioner

Experience case managing clients with alcohol abuse clients is essential. Knowledge of harm reduction and relapse prevention for alcohol clients is essential.

A local service is looking for an alcohol practitioner to take on a case load of alcohol abuse clients. The primary goal would be to reduce there usage through assessments, care planning and harm reduction advice. Further key working would be required to reduce weekly consumption to zero and follow up sessions to give relapse prevention advice to help them maintain their sobriety. This post would offer the opportunity for workers to gain experience doing home visits.
