German speaking Accounts Resolution Specialist

The Company:

Our client, a leading international company, is currently recruiting for a fluent speaker of German to act as an Accounts Resolution Specialist within their offices in South London.

The Role:

- The successful applicant will work alongside the Accounts Receivable Manager, whilst acting as an interface for both internal and external parties to resolve international collection issues
- Accounts resolutions specialists will be responsible for investigating billings enquiries
- Collaborating with sales, collections and clients to follow up queries
- Tracking billing inquiry types, amounts, causes and resolutions, etc
- Generating analysis reports to track progress at all times
- Acting as the first point on of contact for issues raised by the sales team, relating to financial processes
- Educating internal parties on collections procedures
- Working with credit and collections to ensure efficient processing of status changes

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate for the role will be fluent in German to business level, with a degree or similar qualification relating to finance or economics.
Candidates must be resilient, self starters and able to learn rapidly.
A high level of proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and Excel is essential. Experience in credit control, accounts receivable or accounts payable is highly advantageous, and advanced financial services industry knowledge is a must. Due to the high level of customer liaison, and query resolution, an analytical approach to work is indispensable.

Salary/Additional Information:

£25,000 per annum
