Customer Account Manager
Customer Account Manager
As a Customer Account Manager you will be the main point of contact for all customer enquiries. This will involve close collaboration with all departments to ensure the customer’s expectations are met.
Previous experience
Ideally the candidate will have previous experience in the electronics industry and or be used to working closely with a production environment.
Main Responsibilities
Processing quote enquires
Processing customers purchase orders
Co ordinate with purchasing to complete materials costing or to begin procurement.
Arrange production slots and production paperwork
Host contract reviews and various other interdepartmental meetings
Control customer returns
Arrange customer visits on and off site
Present customer reviews – KPI’s
Attend corporate events as and when required.

Additional requirements
Preferably educated to degree level in a related subject
Working knowledge of Microsoft outlook
Competent using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
