Senior Quantity Surveyor

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an innovative company..

Requirements
BSc in Quantity Surveying - ideally Chartered or ‘learnt by experience’
Familiarity with contractual obligations, breaches and remedies.
Client interface level of responsibility on a project basis in conjunction with senior grades
Ability to advise clients on project costs
Knowledge and understanding of the component parts of a project and overall construction costs.
Where appropriate the proper supervision of subordinates and regular liaison with senior staff to encourage the effective and efficient performance of the team in the execution of their duties.
Ability to identify a business opportunity and pursue accordingly.

Driving Licence/Level of mobility required in the role.
