Ideally you will be a super user for Microsoft Dynamics AX (formerly known as Axapta), the leading ERP Software solution owned and developed by Microsoft. However, if you have experience working in a Support Centre for software applications (preferably Dynamics AX/Axapta) and excellent customer service skills, we would like to receive your CV regardless.
As a Dynamics AX Support Professional you will be responsible to provide electronic support, phone support, advisory services for our customers. You will be able to accept and appropriately resolve customer issues ensuring resolution in a timely manner. You will have strong analysis, problem resolution, judgment, and decision making skills know when to escalate issues to more knowledgeable staff that require a higher degree of technical expertise. Your strong communication skills will ensure that verbal and written responses are relevant, complete and easily understood when communicating with internal team members and customers. Your sound judgment in the management, escalation and resolution of support cases and ability to get on wit people of all levels will set you apart from other candidates.
