Young persons substance misuse practitioner

Experience key working young people with substance misuse issues is essential. A nursing qualification would be a benefit. Experience facilitating groups would be a benefit or potential experience gain .

A local tier 3 young persons substance misuse service is looking for a drugs worker to take on a case load of clients that are referred to the service and also deal with clients that come in from the outreach team. This role will involve carrying out initial and follow up assessments and then designing care plans for each client covering substance abuse and other relevant issues.
