2nd Line Techncial Support

We are looking for a 2nd Line Technical Support Analyst. You must have at least 2years 2nd Line Software and Hardware support experience. Ideally covering the following: Desktop Operating Systems: Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista. Server Operating Systems: Windows NT4, Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2000 Advanced Server, Windows 2003 Server. Active Directory, Backup & Primary Domain Controllers. MS SQL 2000, 2005 and MSDE 2000. Win XP, 2000, 98 & NT 4. Server, desktop & laptop hardware repairs. Be familiar with software imaging technologies. MS Office Suite. Backup Software incl: Veritas BackupExec, Computer Associates Brightstor & NT Backup. Terminal Server (installing, configuring and troubleshooting remote connections). Be familiar with remotes access methods for support purposes, i.e., RDP/Webex. This is a fantastic opportunity!!!
