Oracle Database Administrator

Our client, a global and highly respected brand, is currently looking to recruit an Oracle DBA with at least 5 years experience gained within a Unix environment. You will have responsibility for providing ongoing support and enhancements, continued improvements, standardisations and cost effectiveness of existing DBMS. You will be building Oracle Databases, and provide monitoring and tuning as well as back ups and recovery, and analysing complex SQL statements and recommend performance related modifications. Ideally candidates will have some Project Management experience, Oracle certifications such as: OCA/ OCP and strong SQL server skills.
