Drugs Keyworker - Substance Misuse

The successful applicant will have previous experience of keyworking in a substance misuse service as well as conducting assessments and writing care plans. The post itself will involve covering one-to-one interventions as well as assessing clients who are referred to the service. Other duties will include needle exchange while there is a possibility of co-facilitating group work. A caseload of around 15 will carried although this may increase. The role is ideal for someone with keyworking experience and who has the ability to fit into a new service immediately.
