RAP (Youth Offending Team) Assistant

The successful applicant will have previous experience of working with young offenders or those identified of being at risk of offending. The job itself involves working in the Resettlement and Aftercare Provision Team (RAP) within the Youth Offending service (YOS) while the actual role includes managing young offenders who have been placed on supervision and/or support programmes. Other duties include work to prevent or reduce re-offending as keeping up to date records in regards all contacts with the service users.
