Service user coordinator

Experience collating feedback from substance misuse service users essential. Experience working in a substance misuse service and knowledge of current treatment plans and policies essential.

A local substance mis use service is looking for a service user coordinator to gather feedback from service user opinions and experiences with a view to updating current treatments plans. The role will involve working with different groups of services users across the area, developing new groups and developing new services and ways to increase engagement with drug and alcohol services.
