Prescribing Substance Misuse Nurse London

RMN or RGN with experience advocating prescriptions for clients with opiate misuse problems essential. Experience carrying a caseload of clients giving key work and titration essential.

A local substance misuse is looking for a qualified nurse to take on a case load of around 25 clients with a view to doing initial assessments and care plans along with advocating of prescriptions and follow up titration. The role will involve following up with prescription management and key working for a period of months.
