Senior Business Analyst - Reading

Our client is a large Financial Services organisation based in Reading. They are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong management and analytic skills. (Previous experience of Retail or Direct Banking and UK Banking Regulations)

Role:
The role of the Senior Business Analyst is to investigate business systems, identify options for system changes and bridge the needs of the business with the use of IT.

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for capturing and documenting the business requirements using appropriate documentation methodologies, system integration testing, implementing change and supporting initiatives.

Technical Skills Required:
•Knowledge of retail/direct banking and UK banking regulations.
•Process design & functional analysis.
•Application design, database systems and n-tier application architecture.
•Software development lifecycle methodologies
•Project delivery methodology and project planning (phases, resources and workload estimates).
•MS Office

Previous Experience:
•Analysis role within retail financial services for CRM implementations
•Customer Relationship Management.
•Customer Contact Centre technology banking applications
•Workflow systems, document and cheque image handling and recognition systems design and implementation.
•System Testing and/or User Acceptance Testing planning and execution.
