Social Work Assistant for London Hospital - Physical Disabilities Team

Previous statutory experience within an adults or hospital setting essential. Knowledge of the NHS & Community Care Act 1992 essential. Knowledge of Delayed Discharge Act a benefit (but not essential). Any professional qualification a benefit but not essential. This role will involve holding a caseload of clients working with adults with physical disabilities in a hospital setting. This post offers the opportunity to gain experience working as a Social Work Assistant in a hospital conducting reviews of adults with physical disabilities.
