Hospital Social Worker for London Team

Diploma in Social Work, Degree in Social Work, CQSW, CCETSW, Master in Social Work or other GSCC recognised qualification essential. Experience working with adults essential(placement experience is fine). Knowledge of the NHS & Community Care Act 1992 and/or Delayed Discharge Act also essential. This exciting role involves working as a hospital social worker working in facilitation of hospital discharge. Ideal opportunity for newly qualified social worker or Grade 5 / Basic Grade social worker. Flexible hours available.
