senior hardware engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Design digital board reference design based on internal specification involving FPGA (Altera, Xilinx) or Wimax ASIC
2. Design Wimax customer reference design boards (PCMCIA, MiniPCI…) involving baseband and RF sections.
3. Establish design justification.
4. DFT & DFM design methodology oriented.
5. Schematic capture.
6. Establish PCB routing constraint and placement.
7. Support PCB routing technician.
8. Establish test plan.
9. Support technical writer in order to issue user manual and user design guide.
10. Responsible about HW integration for her/his design.
11. Support internal customers when a new product is introduced (FAE; Technical writing).

Reporting structure:
•Reports to HW design manager

Requirement:
1. Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in designing and testing digital design (analog and RF experience is an advantage).
2. Experience in designing high speed board.
3. In depth knowledge digital communication.
4. Minimum Diploma, electronics engineering.
5. Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
