Senior Sales Negotiator

Our client is a well respected market leading independent estate agency chain with a number of offices across Essex & the South East. They are looking to appoint a Senior Negotiator to work in one of their flagship branches to assist the manager in the day to day running of the branch, in addition to getting involved in listings, staff training, recruitment as well as supervising a team of 5 negotiators, & 2 administrators. In return a basic salary in the region of £14,000 - £17,000 D.O.E plus commission to give OTE of between £35,000 and £40,000 and car or allowance. The company is expanding rapidly and there will be opportunities to progress into branch management for the right candidate fairly quickly.
