Customer Service Assistant


An experienced Customer Service Assistant is required on the outskirts of Colchester for a professional and well established company.

The role will be office based and involve customer contact and strong organisational skills on a daily basis. No selling is involved, purely assisting in the after sales care department of this office.

General administration and an ability to deal with complaints and questions from a variety of customers.

This role would suit applicants who have a strong customer service background and can prioritise work loads, liaise with customers, communicating with customers and staff members.

Salary will be in the region of £17k
