Network Architect Lead (Voice)

Job Description
- Own the overall success of the Network practices in APAC
- Develop, drive, and deliver the overall strategy, business plans, Services offerings, delivery quality, delivery capability of Network (Voice) Practices in APAC
- Owns the partner strategy for delivering UC Practices and capabilities in APAC
- Jointly plan resources and setting proper expectations of resource availability with AS Field Delivery Managers (FDM) and other key stakeholders
- Develop strong linkage to the USA and Europe counter parts to leverage and share the strategy, the best practices, intellectual properties, and resources
- Deliver documented intellectual properties for reuse
- Manage the team to meet or exceed the business metrics, including customer satisfaction, Customer Realization and Utilization numbers relating to the Network (voice) Practices
- The position will be a billable resource to deliver up to 40 – 50% of billable time

Job Requirements
- At least 10 years of successful hands-on project deployment experience relating to Network (voice)
- A good understanding of voice business, business trends, and customer concerns/issues
- Strong sense of business ownership and acumen with strategic thinking skills
- Should be customer focused and Managed and grown a team of more than 8 to 10 people
