Fostering Manager for fostering Service (Social Work)

Social Work Qualification (Diploma in Social Work, Degree in Social Work, CQSW, CCETSW) or NVQ Level 4 related to young people essential. Previous experience working with young people or fostering services essential. Previous team leading or management experience also essential. This role involves working as a Fostering Manager for a non-statutory team. This will involve managing the assessment and recruitment of new foster carers, develop & maintain strategies to support and retain foster carers, monitor referrals into the agency as well as other related work.
