Prescribing drugs worker London

Experience within a drugs team working with scripts and prescription management essential. Experience counselling substance misuse clients as well as experience carrying a prior caseload is also essential. Professional qualification is a benefit but not essential.
A busy tier 3 service requires a substance misuse worker to undertake assessments, advocating of prescriptions and care plans as well as delivering one to one key working. The post will involve maintaining a personal caseload whilst working alongside a multi disciplinary team. There is an opportunity to gain experience working with dual diagnosis clients.
