TRAVEL CONSULTANT REQUIRED

One of my established Clients in Central London requires smart, experienced, enthusiastic, well-presented and reliable permanent Travel Consultants of a South American background who are fluent in Spanish and Portugese.
Essentially you will have BA fares & ticketing level 1 or 2 or an equivalent qualification and have travel industry experience. Additionally you must be Sales orientated with the ability to advise customers on travel products and services as you will be selling a range of holidays to clientele and also cold calling – i.e. making outbound telesales calls to new and existing customers to encourage them to book holidays.
Your other duties will also involve:
Organising travel requirements for clients and issuing tickets; Contacting Hotels to confirm availability for bookings; Arranging payment transactions for customers via telephone, fax, e-mail and face to face.
These positions are for those who have excellent communication and customer care skills, attention to detail, the ability to understand and retain new information fairly quickly and are confident at dealing with people at all levels and target and satisfaction driven.
