Trainee Field Account Manager (Surrey)

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a degree in psychology or business related degree and some internal B2B sales experience to join large household name company with career path to field sales/account manager position.

Starting salary of £24000 plus 30% bonus + excellent benefits with training and development

For the first 18 months you will be working alongside the Internal Sales Department dealing with a portfolio of corporate clients (B2B) with a view to becoming a field sales rep if all targets and development plans are met.

Initially you will be maintaining and growing existing client relationships, with outbound calls, qualify and manage incoming leads and follow up specific campaigns promoting new products and services. You will be trained on all company products and services, attend regular training workshops and undertake ad hoc projects.

Within 18 - 24 months you will have reached individual training and sales targets to enable you to progress to Field Account Manager position.
