The Person
Qualifications/minimum acceptable – These are not essential, but we will want to see some basic achievements from school days.

Specific requirements – We will require the Candidate to demonstrate what he/she could “bring to the table” Our philosophy here, is “people buy off people” therefore the applicant MUST be able to demonstrate people skills, overcoming objections and closing. Once they have attained a Client, we encourage them to continue the relationship in a “service” manner.

Skills – As above. I T knowledge would be a huge advantage as our product become more and more aligned with the I T industry.

Experience – I would like to see a minimum of three years experience, however, if a proven record can be established, I will consider less.

Most important thing – The individual and track record

Type of person – MUST have credibility and stability. He/she has to want to be part of a team that has been together for many years. The working environment at CCS is quite exceptional. This position is very much long term.

Needless to say, the package is superb and the Salary is negotiable and will be a reflection of your experience
