Substance misuse Nurse London

Motivated qualified nurse (RGN or RMN) required with good knowledge of prescribing essential. Preferably some knowledge of script based software would be appropriate as well as some counseling experience. A nurse who can work as part of a small team is required, to monitor prescribing to class A users. This role involves assessing and designing care plans for a caseload of substance misuse clients (adults). Clients are primarily opiate users and this work is primarily prescription based work with counseling and one to one work also involved.
