Senior Practitioner Social Worker for Children & Disabilities in London Team

Social Work Qualification (Dip SW, BA Social Work, CQSW, CCETSW or other GSCC recognised qualification) and GSCC registration essential. 12 months experience in working with children and disabilities essential (either statutory or non statutory). Experience in conducting initial assessments and designing care plans for children with disabilities essential. Experience in managing a small number of staff also essential. This role involves working in a statutory children and disabilities team within the Children In Need section conducting long term and ongoing work with families and children with disabilities. As a senior social worker this post involves some staff management and care management of more complex cases. Occasional court work required. Flexible Hours available.
