Bureau Test Assistant


An outstanding opportunity to join an established and respected company in a customer service/support administration role with a possible view to move into Project Management.

The role is primarily a support role and requires ad-hoc project coordination, report generation, data analysis, work invoicing and a high level of computer operation. The role also includes an element of customer service through query and complaint handling, describing company products and services and daily contact with a range of external and internal business customers.

Candidates must have high levels of communication, both verbal and written along with the ability to work swiftly and accurately under pressure. Strong time management skills along with experienced and confident computer operation are a must. Fluency in a European language is desirable, but not essential.
