Creative Chef

My client, a leading food manufacturing company is a seeking an experienced Creative Chef to join their fast moving environment.

You will be responsible for innovating new products and processes to maintain and grow a creative catalogue of products, to motivate and inspire direct reports to achieve personal development and continual improvement. You will monitor product quality of new and existing products and challenge current practices to identify and deliver improvements and solutions.

The successful candidate will have a food related qualification and a minimum of 2 years experience within a food environment. Excellent communication skills and a passion for food with a good understanding of the current markets and trends.
