Arrest referral worker

3 months arrest referral experience essential and M.E.T. clearance must have been had within the last 12 months and is essential. Past experience in police and court custody also required with assessment experience with substance misuse and criminal justice clients.

Arrest referral worker needed for assessing and providing advice to substance misuse clients in the criminal justice system including referrals to treatment agencies. The work includes picking up clients from custody conducting assessments and linking to relevant services. The work will include restrictions on bail work including applying to courts for bail with restrictions, working with solicitors police and court clerks doing multi agency work.
