An excellent opportunity has just arisen for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join this well established team, based in Clydebank.

The role will involve:

Service breakdowns on Commercial and Domestic boilers.
Planned and reactive maintenance of equipment throughout the facility.
Liaison with sub-contractors
Managing a small team of maintenance staff
The successful candidate will have:

Sound knowledge of HVAC services and relevant domestic / Commercial ACS gas qualifications
Previous experience in a similar or related role and skills relating to either mechanical services or plumbing.
Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation.
