Resettlement / Aftercare Worker - Youth Offending Team (YOT)

The successful applicant will have previous experience of working with young people substance misuse. The role itself involves undertaking outreach, resettlement and aftercare in regards young people who have been identified with substance misuse issues. Other aspects of the work include participating in the delivery of the intervention programme and organising activities for young people and their families.
