Switchboard Supervisor

Global media empire seeks experienced Team Leader or Supervisor with knowledge & experience of computerised switchboards to be responsible for the delivery of the highest standards from the frontline switchboard function to customers (both internal & external). With a team of 15 reporting to you, experience of managing, organising rotas, training will all be required. Word/Excel ability to produce reports along with a solid work record - essential.
