Account Manager
Role Title: Account Manager for Lotus Notes/Domino development tools
Basic salary £20k - OTE of circa £40k - Commission is uncapped.
Purpose of the Role:
To grow and manage sales relationships primarily by telephone, with customers and prospects in the EMEA region.
Objectives/Goals
Responsibilities:
· Achieve forecasted sales against monthly revenue targets.
· Manage all facets of the customer relationship from initial contact to post sale support.
· Conduct Web-based technical presentations to customers and prospects.
· Research and feedback opportunities to promote Teamstudio products and services.
· Accurately maintain the company's database records.
· Accurately maintain the forecast system for individual records on a daily basis.
· Actively promote all new products and initiatives of the company to existing customers and prospects.
· Act as a professional ambassador for the company at all times.
· Attend industry tradeshows and events within the EMEA region.
Accountabilities:
· Achieve monthly sales targets.
· Achieve daily call activity targets.
· In conjunction with training, increase your product understanding and knowledge as an on-going process.
· Daily forecasting.
· Participate in ongoing sales Training.
· Good Team player.
