Drug Worker London

Group work experience and care management with class a users essential. Counselling experience is also beneficial as well as experience in motivational interviewing. Harm reduction knowledge and needle exchange experience would also be of benefit but the position will give opportunities to gain these skills

This position will give successful candidates the opportunity to work in a varied service carrying a case load, facilitating groups and manning drop ins. The service also operates a needle exchange, The position will involve outreach work once a week and will also give the opportunity to work in a peer education setting.
