Airport Customer services assistant
We have 12 roles that require excellent Customer Service to external & internal airline customers at all times, The main duties will include. - to meet & greet and assist special needs customers with transport to and from their flights. - To develop good working relationships with airport departments - Working closely with Airport staff - Assist with preparation of paperwork 20 minutes before landing time to reflect the latest information - Maintain a presentable & well groomed image at all times - Perform all duties efficiently & effectively whilst following airport health and safatey procedures - Show sensitivity and care when dealing with passenger needs at all times. All applicants must have a 5 year checkable history in order to meet the Aviation security requirements with no more than a two week gap, however in some situations a personal reference is acceptable.
