Software Developer Role

The candidate will be working on the development of our core products and services across a variety of technologies and business areas including: SMS, MMS, Location Based Services, IVR/Telephony, Interactive TV and Value Added Services.

A solid understanding of software design and development methodologies, and the ability to work in teams or unsupervised on projects of varying scope is essential.
Use of Java (including Servlets, RMI and JDBC), HTML and SQL highly desirable. Proficiency with Linux, networking and distributed systems an advantage.
Above all, the ability and desire to learn new skills and technologies through hands-on involvement in live projects

Responsibilities include:
• Design and specification ofsoftware systems
• Technical implementation and testing of solutions
• Problem solving and troubleshooting
• Customisation of systems

You will need to be an enthusiastic Computer Science or Engineering Graduate from a top class university with A-Levels all at grade A or B (or equivalent).
