Our client is the leading company in the Enterprise Security Management space - the fastest growing sector of the enterprise software market. They sold more solutions that any of their competitors in 2006 and are the industry leader according to Gartner, Forrester and IDC. Their fully scaleable solutions address the increasingly critical business challenges of security, compliance and availability. It is for this reason that their pipeline contains major organisations across retail, banking, insurance, telco and the public sector. Based in France and covering Southern Europe, you will be responsible for developing new business and nurturing embryonic key accounts. Bearing in mind their start-up nature, this means that every day will be different - and challenging. Engaging with the channel on one day, meeting a CIO or CTO of a financial institution the next, your role will be as varied and exciting as you want. You will have full presales, marketing and technical support from the EMEA Head office in the UK and the worldwide head office in California.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record selling enterprise software solutions to corporate clients across the board. You will have the drive and determination required to succeed in a start-up environment, along with the discipline and sales structure usually gained from working for a large organisation. Your work-ethic and hunger for success will be proven by your high achievements in recent years and your interest in stock options and commission structures.

In return for your efforts, the company offer a six-figure package comprising a generous basic-salary, aggressive commission scheme and benefits package. They are also offering generous stock options which, given their track record, will be extremely appealing to shrewd individuals.
