Human Resource Officer

Reporting to the Group Operations Director, an excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Human Resource Officer to join a market leading manufacturing firm based in Cumbernauld (15 minute drive from Glasgow City Centre).
The successful candidate should be CIPD Qualified and experience in the following area's would be preffered.

" New start inductions

" Writing Employee handbooks

" Salary surveys

" Review of company pay and bonus schemes

" Interviewing

" Great organisational skills

" Ability to use own initiative

" Ability to be an excellent team player

" Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

" A good understanding of employment law

" Management of Disciplinary and Grievance issues

" Implementation of new HR policies/procedure

" Absence Management

" Management of HR projects and initiatives

" Involvement in Performance Management
