Personnel Officer

Reporting to Operations Director, an excellent opportunity exits for an experienced Human Resource Officer to join a market leading manufacturing firm based in Cumbernauld.
The successful candidate should be CIPD Qualified and experience of the following is essential:
" New start inductions
" Writing Employee handbooks
" Salary surveys
" Review of company pay and bonus schemes
" Interviewing
" Great organisational skills
" Ability to use own initiative
" Ability to be an excellent team player
" Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
" A good understanding of employment law
" Management of Disciplinary and Grievance issues
" Implementation of new HR policies/procedure
" Absence Management
" Management of HR projects and initiatives
" Involvement in Performance Management
