IT Helpdesk Coordinator
WPRS are working extensively with this new and soon to open Organisation in Qatar.
We are now seeking an experienced Helpdesk Coordinator to take up a full-time permanent role based in Qatar. You will work in a team and manage the helpdesk when the Manager is away as well as being responsible for faults etc.
ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES FOR THIS ROLE ARE:
3+ years IT experience
2+ years IT Helpdesk experience
Excellent Customer service skills
DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES FOR THIS ROLE ARE:
Healthcare or Hospital working experience
Certifications or degree qualified.
No Arabic language skills are required and Middle East experience is NOT essential.
Interviews are initially to be held via telephone.
