Customer service /Account manager

About the Company:
Our client is a young and vibrant company involved in CD and DVD manufacturing for the music, corporate and entertainment markets. They are seeking a new account manager to work in their customer services team.

What’s the job:
You will be the key link between: Customers, Sales, Design and Production (internal & external). Once an order is received you are in charge until the order has been successfully completed and delivered. The way you handle the orders will be key in turning customers into regular accounts.
