Job title: Technology Specialist
Location: Cambridge, UK

Role: Evangelizing, demonstrating, advising and promoting the Company’s software. Technical architecture planning and implementation of internet, intranet and extranet infrastructure. Management of customer expectations and adhering to tight deadlines. Travelling to customer sites for meetings and implementations may be required.

Technical Skills: Proven record in web application development and project management is required along with extensive experience of at least one or more of the following OS platforms: Solaris, Linux or NT. Practical experience of Web Servers such as IIS, Apache, Netscape and database technology such as MS SQL & Oracle is highly desirable. A demonstrable knowledge of at least two of the following Scripting/Programming paradigms is required: C/C++, Java, JavaScript, Perl, ASP, HTML, DHTML, XML, PHP3, COM Objects and CGI.

Salary £ Negotiable for the right candidate

Work hours: 9:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday, with the occasional need to work evenings and weekends.
Annual leave entitlement: 23 days
