Back Office Associate Lead Developer

Salary: to 35k
My client, the market leader in price comparison currently has requirements for an Back Office Associate Lead Developer with proven C# and ASP.Net skills, you will require strong OO analysis and design skills for this role, you must also have proven .Net component and Windows Forms application development
ADO.Net with a good knowledge of relational databases and SQL
Te role's responsibility are as follows:
1. Full software life cycle exposure to new core Back Office frameworks and internal tool development.
2. The ownership, investigation and resolution of issues relating to BO frameworks or applications.
3. The evaluation, setting up, training and support of 3rd party software (such as UI, ftp or compression components) used by Back Office.
4. Perform design and code reviews of solutions for Back Office, ensuring standards and best practices are adhered to.
5. Act as a consultant to other tiers, verticals and other teams (such as network support or release management) on behalf of Back Office. This involves evangelizing about the teams' vision and ensuring all development is aligned with the Back Office enterprise strategy.
6. Providing documentation and training to both non-technical application end-users and developers working with the core Back Office framework.
7. Carry out technology analysis and R&D, form objective conclusions and make recommendations to the Technology Owner.
8. Communication and escalation of issues to the Technology Owner and Chief Technical Architect as necessary.
