Business Development Executive
New business development executives are required in offices across Germany as a result of continued success within the business.
candidates must have New Business Generation, ideally from a face to face selling or telemarketing with the presence to take on a face to face role..
Must Achieve and/or surpass individual revenue targets as set from direct new business selling and be able management of any existing accounts
Increment overall personal revenue by £1,600 per month (after adjustments for seasonality)
Be productive within 3 months of start date.
Successful performance against company KPIs
Improve sales and business skills to be ready to handle more and varied responsibilities
Source potential clients directly and Set and attend a minimum of 5 new business meetings per week
Closure and account management of prospective clients.
Obtain a minimum of 4 new billing clients per month
Work to improve personal and group sales skills, industry knowledge and efficiency
A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a B2B client facing new business sales role
Thorough knowledge of all aspects of client services, systems and competitors through ongoing training and development.
Strong organisation and administration capabilities
Excellent telephone manner and client facing presentation skills (verbal and written)
Must live within an easy commute of either Frankfurt, or Dusseldorf
Full driving licence preferred
Sales skills (cold calling, sales meetings, price and terms negotiations, problem management, account management, account growth etc.)
€26,400 base + OTE €50k uncapped..
