SALES OFFICE MANAGER

Successful and expanding importer and distributor of wines, require a Sales Office Manager to take overall responsibility for ensuring that their account base is professionally serviced and that sales budgets for these accounts are achieved.
The role will involve leading a small, but specialised sales office team, training current and new staff members to develop a fully customer-focused and professional team.
Management of own account base of independent customers.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and aptitude: Substantial experience of selling, including telesales, passionate about wine, with extensive wine knowledge, ideally backed by WSET qualifications, a clear understanding of customer relationship management, experience of sales administration and performance monitoring
Experience of training sales/telesales teams
In addition you will have strong leadership and management skills, and a personality that is conducive to the development of a strongly motivated proactive team.
Excellent computer skills, including Word, Access and Excel
