Our highly prestigious wireless client requires Operations Managers who have good Account Management or technical background. You will be responsible for ensuring our client provides excellent level of customer care and making sure customer support issues are responded to. The role will also involve customer account management where you will manage and look after key customer relationships. By working with the teams in the company, you will be their single point of contact for day to day queries and support queries. You will motivate and manage teams and work with the Managing Director. If you have experience in working in a telecoms/wireless company then it is beneficial. You must have demonstrated experience in working to SLA's and have excellent communication skills.
